" Cut the Baking Contest entry forms around the
outside edges to use in the show display.
Fold entry form and tape on the display table in front of your entry. Once
judging has been completed the place card will display the name of the
contestant for all visitors to preview.

Make as many copies of the entry form as you wish.
There are no limitations on number of entries.
Entry Information:
Bring entries to the Covered Bridge Coffee House, Scio Oregon
on Friday afternoon.
Entries should be picked up on Sunday between 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
Ribbons will be given for 1st through 3rd place in each class.
