This year we are happy to announce that we are having a baking contest during
the Lamb & Wool Fair. Entries will be brought to the Covered Bridge Coffee House
on Friday between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. Entries will be on display during store hours for you to
see the wonderful creations that have been created by people in the community.
Below are the classes for the baking contest.

Division I
Class A:
BREADS - Yeast.
Open all age groups
Class B: BREADS
- Sweet. Open all age groups.
Examples
would be banana, zucchini, coffee cake types, etc. |

Class A: DROP COOKIES - 3 per
plate
1. Adults (ages 16 and over)
2. Children (ages 7-15)
3. Tykes (ages 6 and younger)
Class B: BAR COOKIES - 3 per plate
1. Adults (ages 16 and over)
2. Children (ages 7-15)
3. Tykes (ages 6 and younger)
Division III:
Class A: DECORATED COOKIES - Can
be 1 large or 3 small
1. Adults (ages 16 and over)
2. Children (ages 7-15)
3. Tykes (ages 6 and younger)
Class B: DECORATED CAKES - Open to
all ages
1. Single layer
2. More than 1 layer
3. Scio inspired. Open to interpretation
Cake and cookie decorating classes will be judged on
creativity and workmanship. All entries should be on nonbreakable plates. The
LBWF are not responsible for entries nor plates. There are no limitations on
number of entries.
